I don’t have much room in my pantry aka my kitchen cabinets because I don’t have a dedicated pantry. Maybe someday! But for now I’m picky about what I can have homes for in my kitchen. These are my recommendations that I either currently use or are similar and from brands I trust.
Kosher Salt – this is the only salt I use when cooking. I do not use it as a finishing salt.
My first choice finishing salt:
I use a lot of black peppercorn for my home so I buy them in large portions.
This is light soy sauce is, hands down, my favorite light soy sauce. I’m linking the bulk quality because we go through it so fast. Much more sustainable than having multiple bottles at a time!
